After joining as the VP of Sales and being named as one of Real Estate Weekly's "Rising Stars", Bill Staniford became the CEO of PropertyShark.com in 2008.

Bill has an MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.

He is accredited by New York State to teach PropertyShark University classes on the topics of "Distressed Properties" and "PropertyShark 101".
