About Property Research Partners
Property Research Partners was founded on the principal that the key to success in real estate is education. From the first day of business we have provided extensive educational resources in the form of classes, training courses, and free online self-help resources. Over time we have expanded, adding a Manhattan classroom, online (computer-based) training, and a partnership with Hunter College.
PropertyShark University is our effort to bring together all of these offerings under a single roof. Our courses range from foreclosure investing to multi-family investing to real estate ethics. Many of our courses are state-certified and meet the continuing education requirements for professional license renewal. Real estate brokers and agents who need to meet their bi-annual requirement for 22 1/2 hours of CE credit can meet their full requirement with PropertyShark University classes.
In 2007 CEO Bill Staniford took the company in a new direction, forming long-term relationships with corporate clients such as the national real estate brokerage conglomerates (Realogy, Prudential, and Keller Williams, for example). Bill has also expanded the client base to include other national clients serving the real estate industry in specialties such as law, architecture, engineering, banking and accounting.
