Mr. von Nessi has either evaluated or sold over 5,000 New York properties representing over $800,000,000 in value in all five (5) boroughs as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties.

The methods taught are fundamental for anyone who wants to know about investing in real estate for its dividend and capital gain potential.  As part of the course, students are taught to analyze any type of rental or lease situation they might encounter. The course also teaches the ins and outs of mortgage financing, origination points, present and future value and how to determine affordability and monthly payments.
